1. Acceptance of Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

By accessing or using AlwaysNova, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, kindly do not use this website.<\/p>\n

2. Nature of Platform<\/strong><\/p>\n

AlwaysNova serves as:<\/p>\n

A multi-vendor marketplace for Deeni books, items, and Islamic lifestyle products.<\/p>\n

A platform facilitating both dropshipped and affiliate-linked products.<\/p>\n

A service that allows customers to order, and vendors to list & sell.
We are not responsible for the actual product quality unless sold directly by AlwaysNova.<\/p>\n

3. Customer Orders<\/strong><\/p>\n

Orders once placed are subject to vendor acceptance.<\/p>\n

Cancellation requests must be made within 2 hours of order placement.<\/p>\n

Refunds\/returns are governed by our Return & Refund Policy (see below).<\/p>\n

Products are sold for personal\/non-commercial use only.

4. Return & Refund Policy<\/strong><\/p>\n

We follow the principle of Khiyar-e-Aib (Fiqh Hanafi) \u2013 allowing return if there is a major defect within 3 days of delivery.<\/p>\n

To request a return, contact help@alwaysnova.com with parcel unpacking videos.<\/p>\n

Digital products (e.g., eBooks) are non-refundable.<\/p>\n

Shipping charges are non-refundable unless the fault is ours.<\/p>\n

5. Shipping & Delivery<\/strong><\/p>\n

Shipping times vary by product type, seller location, and courier availability.<\/p>\n

Products like books may incur weight-based shipping charges.<\/p>\n

Shipping may be free on orders above a minimum limit, as specified on product pages.<\/p>\n

6. Vendor Terms<\/strong><\/p>\n

Vendors must:<\/p>\n

Provide accurate product descriptions and halal-compliant listings.<\/p>\n

Ensure product is shipped within the agreed time (usually 2\u20133 business days).<\/p>\n

Not list haram, controversial, or deceptive content.<\/p>\n

AlwaysNova reserves the right to:<\/p>\n

Approve or reject vendor listings<\/p>\n

Charge commissions (10% or 15% depending on category)<\/p>\n

Hold or release payments based on order fulfillment & returns.

7. Intellectual Property<\/strong><\/p>\n

All content, logos, design, and branding are the property of AlwaysNova or its licensors. Vendors retain ownership of their product images and content, but grant AlwaysNova non-exclusive rights to display and promote them.<\/p>\n

8. Disclaimer<\/strong><\/p>\n

AlwaysNova is not liable for delays, third-party failures, or courier mishaps.<\/p>\n

Platform does not guarantee sales for vendors.<\/p>\n

Affiliate links redirect to third-party websites, and we are not responsible for those platforms.<\/p>\n

9. Account Termination<\/strong><\/p>\n

We may suspend or terminate your account if:<\/p>\n

You violate Islamic ethical boundaries or terms of this agreement.<\/p>\n

You submit false, misleading, or harmful content.<\/p>\n

There\u2019s repeated customer dissatisfaction or disputes<\/p>\n

10. Governing Law<\/strong><\/p>\n

This agreement shall be governed by the laws of India, in line with principles of Shari\u2018ah and consumer protection regulations.<\/p>\n
